Shipping Destination
We currently ship to the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer Standard Shipping on all orders at a flat rate of $8.95 USD per order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped via major carriers including USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

Shipping Address Accuracy

My Comfy Dress is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

All orders are shipped within the United States. No customs or import duties apply to domestic orders. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@mycomfydress.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. We reserve the right to require photographic evidence for damaged item claims.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
